New Investor In Utah! So pump i found this place!

Born and raise here in Utah, the Ogden area to be exact. I'm very new to this I bought my first home at 18 (currently 26). I bought it will all intent to flip it. and I did which netted me a great return. Now I have seen the light and I have banked a nest egg to get into the multi-family dwelling side of things. I am looking it my area very heavy but a lot of these places for sale are duplex' and its hard to stay Cash Flow Positive with them. Any that's a look into my life a bit!
