    Welcome to the nation!!

Ask tons of questions, read the forums and listen to the podcast, there isn't much about real estate investing you can't learn about here!

    Hi, @Jolee Butler.

    Welcome to BP!

Be sure to check out the blogs and podcasts as well as the forums. You can learn a ton from the real estate experts on the site.

Also, please get involved with the Memphis Investors Group (MIG), which is our local Real Estate Investor Assocation (REIA). MIG (http://www.memphisinvestorsgroup.com/) is definitely the best place to network with other like-minded real estate enthusiasts.

Our next MIG meeting is Thu 1/14/15 at 6pm. Hope to see you there.

    Best of luck to you!

I couldn't have said it any better than everyone else so I'll just say welcome aboard.  If you have any questions we'll be glad to help.
