i am very new to the rental income bussines and just looking for advice and general knowledge about the bussines. I am always looking for opportunities to make extra money. I currently work full time and have a couple of side jobs. Right now I am currently looking at a duplex in Weare nh ( my home town)  trying to run some numbers and figure out if it is doable.
