Hey there! I'm Cody Jurgens from the Portland, Oregon area and am a new member here. I am new to investing and have not yet made any deals. Right now, I am trying to educate myself as much as I can by books, and now from here on bigger pockets. I want to network while gaining as much knowledge as I can from like minded individuals. All I want to do is learn more right now. Real estate is something that sparks my interest and gets me excited so I would love for anyone to let me know of some tips for beginners. Thanks for reading and I hope to learn and come in contact with many of you!

Cody Jurgens welcome Mr. Cody. Spend some time listening to the podcasts. I have really appreciated those. They make long drives fun as well. The podcasts provide incredible insight and real life examples as well as great book suggestions. Exploring the forums won't hurt either.
