My name is Steven. I moved my family to Spokane and was able to find work. I just don't want to work one full-time job and not be motivated to become a freelancer, so my wife and I along with a few co-workers decided to go into sales and possibly make some extra income.
With BiggerPockets I hope to gain some insight into wholesaling, and to have an online presence because believe me I am out of my own comfort zone. The more I build the business, the more confidence I will have.

Steven, welcome to Spokane! We relocated here a few years ago as well and we love it! I would recommend that you join the local REI groups here in Spokane (you can find them on Meetup.com) and get connected with the local investors. Feel free to message me if you'd like to grab a coffee and chat about the local market.

hi Steven, I'm a member of a local real estate club here in Spokane we are called Next Gen REI club of Spokane, and I am also a member of "Team Invest Pro", we are a local Real Rstate Ivestment community that's all about getting a comprehensive education and making money while doing it!
