I'm looking to buy my first property in Augusta right now. I'll be moving there in August for medical school and would like to start building passive income through a buy and hold strategy. First off Congratulations, & I'm interested in A mix of everything! wholesaling, Buy and hold or a Fix and Flip. Which ever strategy fits best for that particular house or situation. I enjoy the challenge of trying to find "Deals" along with the satisfaction to potentially solve someone's problem. I'm Working on closing on a rental property next week . Will be a licensed Real estate agent pretty soon as Well! Hopefully with in the next 4 Weeks.
