Hello everyone!!
My name is Nick Johnson. My little investment firm is called Motiv8td Investments LLC. I look forward to increasing my circle of influence with some members of this forum. I currently only work 2 strategies which Short Sales and Sub2's. My easy exit strategies include Wholesaling my shorts to other investors and retail buyers and Lease/Optioning my Sub2's to potential end buyers. Nick, I am also located in Arizona and I swear I have seen a car driving around the area with license plates that say "motiv8d". Could that possibly be you? I am also interested in a Short Sale strategy of REI and would love to pick your brain as I am relatively new to the game.
