Welcome to Biggerpockets. If you haven't done so already, you might want to check to see if there are any local meetups of other BP members in your area. Meetups are a great place to meet other like minded investors and help each other out. Also, set your keyword alerts for your area, type of property you're interested in, etc. then when they're being discussed you'll get a notification. Have fun!
@Andy Wu Welcome to the community, of BiggerPockets! The people here have a vast amount of knowledge and are more than willing to share their experience and provide sound insight and advice. Be sure to check out the forums, the blogs, podcasts as well as other parts of this amazing website and like minded community. Since you will be looking in to Multifamily Properties, you may wish to find an Investor Friendly Realtor that understands your needs as well as the current local market. I would interview several Realtors. Many say they are "Investor Friendly" to gain your business. If you choose to interview, I propose you ask each Realtor the following questions. This will help you, to sort fact from fiction.
1. How many investors do you currently work with and how many investors have you worked with, in the past?
2. How many transactions have you closed, with investors?
3. Do you currently own any Investment Properties? If so, what type do you own?
