Hello-

I am in the Wilmington, NC area. Looking to start investing with rehabs. I would be interested in any wholesale deals that anyone has available in Wilmington, NC. I will be retiring in 3 years from the Navy and would like to establish a steady real estate investment business by that time. My goal for 2016 is to complete 3 rehabs in the $120,000 to $175,000 ARV range.
