Hey! Im Christy Harris. Working as a Systems Engineer for one of the Big 4 in Huntsville, AL. Like my job - but LOVE investing in Real Estate more. We, my husband and I, currently have fixed up while living in 3 houses, and have fixed up 4 rentals. We have a couple additional lots. Looking to move towards working less at my 8-5 job, and more in the real estate investing.....hoping for an EARLY retirement. Every time we go on a road trip - we are listening to the BP podcasts :)
welcome @Christy Harris - I, too, work in Huntsville and invest in real estate on the side. Hoping that as my portfolio grows it can become my full time gig at some point. Bigger Pockets is an awesome resource to help us get there!
Yea, we've received a lot of great tips from them. @Jason Gilliam where do you like to invest? I went back and got my Realtor license as well, if you ever need help finding your next property.
@Ted Fairchild - I'll be contacting you if we ever come that way - per show 162 tips ;-)
