Newbie Joseph Smith from Brentwood, TN. I'm originally from Atlanta, Ga. My background is automotive engineering. I have ZERO knowledge in real estate, but I'm interested in wholesaling as well as some day getting involved in new builds. Ready to lock arms and learn all I can about this business.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
