New real estate investor in Alaska

Hello,

I am a new real estate investor. I was reaching out to the community to see if any one had a sample of a contract to use when trying to obtain a property under contract to sell wholesale. Thanks! Excited about hearing from yall.

I am interested in assigning and I have not looked into other cities, just getting my feet wet for now within Alaska
