Hello BiggerPockets ladies & gents! My name is Brandy Lengning and I am a Real Estate Agent and Notary Public in Ventura County, CA. Been working as a Notary and Loan Signing Agent since 2011. Earned my RE license in 2014, closed a couple deals and then took a year off. My baby girl is now 17 months and I'm jumping back into the game with both feet and excited to hit the pavement. I'm with a small mom/pop brokerage in town and am eager to build new relationships with other industry professionals. On a side note, my husband and I are hoping to purchase our first rental property sometime this year. Welcome Brandy and thanks for the intro. Very familiar with area we have financed a ranch in Santa Paula area and looked many mixed use properties in the Fillmore area. You will love this site. Have you looked at the calculators and the ultimate beginner's guide to BP?

yes agree des me too I agree also the clue have stayed pretty consistent compared to other areas. I have also been looking to the Los Osos area and I have rehabbed looking to do and add on to remarks he has currently. You have a unique opportunity here being that you are an agent there.
