Nina Daniel has lived in the Washington D.C. area for over twenty years - first in D.C., then in Cabin John, Maryland, and currently, in McLean, Virginia. Her love for real estate started early on, as she was touring properties with her mother starting at age thirteen. It was about at that time when she discovered her love for interior design, often changing the layout of furniture in her parents' home or painting the walls. But her formal education and career path took her elsewhere. Nina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Linguistics and an MBA degree in Finance and Portfolio Management from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, where she also obtained certifications as a Contract Auditor and Investment Specialist.
After a successful career in acquisitions and defense contracts, Nina decided to leave the corporate world and transfer her analytical skills and contracts expertise to the world of real estate investing, with a focus on single and multi-family residential properties. She is certified as a real estate agent in Virginia, and has bought, sold, and owned investment properties in the Washington D.C. area for over seventeen years. Nina is passionate about real estate as one of the best investments over time and feels very fortunate to be living and working in this city of a culturally diverse population, unique architectural beauty, breathtaking historical buildings and museums, and astounding lifestyles.
