Hi BP Community!
My name is Mark Bouman and I'm a new real estate investor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have spent 4 years managing real estate in Greater Grand Rapids; 2 years in residential and 2 in commercial. After taking a couple year hiatus in Colorado and Bolivia I'm back in Grand Rapids and currently house hacking a single family and own a 2-unit near downtown GR. I've definitely had some growing pains so far but I'm excited to continue learning from and connecting with investors, managers, vendors, and real estate enthusiasts. Excited to be a part of the BP Community!

What are your investing goals?

My investing goals include 2 units and above including rehab, buy and hold while potentially househacking. I'm also interested in joining forces with other investors in larger multi-family units in Greater Grand Rapids. Would love to grab coffee and hear your road to real estate investing and some of your goals!
