Hi everyone.  Been lurking anonymously for a while now, but wanted to introduce myself and start participating!  Been investing since 2014 and own 3 single family homes.  Looking around in the (east) ATL area for my next purchase as my next step toward financial freedom.  Looking forward to making some new friends!
