HI:
Just found this group and excited to learn more as I explore investing in real estate. As I've not seen any on this site, we're wondering if there are there any investor meetings near Tulsa, Oklahoma?
Is it possible to hang on to an investment property too long due to depreciation accruals, etc? I'm not even sure that's the correct vernacular. Looking forward to learning more, thank you.

Hello, & welcome to BP. There are some avenues also I'm pretty well connected & trying to become an investor myself. I know a great deal of other investors also there is a group off of 51st & memorial on the south side. I know Jason that runs it.

Hi Aliza - my wife and I are working to restart our real estate investing plan. BP is a phenomenal resource. If you're busy like we are, the podcasts are worth their weights in gold.
We're quietly researching building our team so we have as complete a workable plan as possible when we lock in our first deal.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
