HI:

Just found this group and excited to learn more as I explore investing in real estate.  As I've not seen any on this site, we're wondering if there are there any investor meetings near Tulsa, Oklahoma?  

Is it possible to hang on to an investment property too long due to depreciation accruals, etc?  I'm not even sure that's the correct vernacular.  Looking forward to learning more, thank you.
