I'm wanting to learn how to purchase properties and flip them. I need something that will be better for me and my family I'm tired of the 9 to 5 and I just think it's time for something different. I feel that real a state might be that way out for me and my family any suggestions as a newbie thanks and have a bless day.

Welcome to BP! This is a great place to learn more about investing. It's true, a 9-5 can be hard, and investing at the same time is as well. What kind of investments are you looking into? Only flipping? Any buy and holds?

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
