Hello Bigger Pockets !

My name is Cary D. Young and I am a returning real estate investor potentially looking at single family properties, specifically "starter homes" 3 bedroom, two bath etc. in southeast Houston, Friendswood, or Pearland Texas.

Welcome to the site. Good thinking on the 3/2's they'll be easier to rent and potentially liquidate at a later date.
