I am a fairly successful real estate agent selling mainly luxury homes on Lake Conroe. I am just getting started looking at real estate investing and the cash flow opportunities that affords. I am interested in Single Family and small Multi-Family situations like duplexes and triplexes. I am also interested in working with investors who need a good real estate agent. @Bryan Hedges@Juan Cristales Hey guys, I currently run several businesses with a couple of partners. I have a commercial general contracting company and I've been looking to get into residential deals. I'm interested in flipping but also buy and hold if the opportunity is right. I'm about halfway through getting my salesperson license as well. Currently located off of hwy 242 in the Woodlands but have franchises in Conroe and in Spring so I'm generally all over the area!
