Hello all,

My name is Craig Garner and I can't tell you how happy i am to be posting my introduction. 

Like many of you, I've researched REI and read many of the same books (4hr work week, Rich Dad Poor Dad,etc). Now I have reached a point where its time to get off the side lines, locate a co-founder and get started on a ten year plan.

I have spent the past 21 years in Sales, Management, Customer Support and Systems.  This has given me the chance to develop a passion for Organizational Management.  In a nutshell, I like to take complex topics/concept, break them down into their core components.  This allows me to create process and procedures to create self-sustaining business models. 

I am currently looking for a co-founder to help create a REI company. This company would focus on creating a portfolio of residential properties (SFH & Multi) in the WNY area.
