Newbie Real Estate Investor in TX

Jennifer Sisson

Posted

My husband and I are looking to invest in some buy and hold rental properties in Lubbock, TX. My husband has been a carpenter in the past, but other than our own home, that is our experience in real estate. We are anxious to learn all we can about the field, particularly in West Texas. I am grateful for all I have learned already from being a part of Bigger Pockets!

Welcome Jennifer! My company Harmon Blue, is Lubbock's Real Estate Solutions company. Which means we can help you with all of your real estate needs. The type of rental you're looking for will determine what part of town would best suit you.

I'm also the president of the Lubbock REIA. Where we focus on educating the local investor community on the latest strategies and market trends. It's a great place to find incredible deals too.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly or come to an upcoming REIA meeting.
