Hello Everyone,

I am EJ and a new member to the group and RE investing. I took an intro to Real Estate Investing class 6 years ago and am now in a position to take it to the next level. I've got a mentor and am working to create win-win-win Real Estate deals and give back to the community at large. My current focus is custom wholesaling and putting together lucrative deals for cash buyers. I look forward to sharing ideas and learning from everyone.

Welcome to BP. Please put me on your distro list for any properties you might wholesale in Portmouth, Western Branch, Suffolk, Hampton and NN.

    Good Luck!  Barry

@Elizabeth Santos Congrats on getting started! If you haven't already I would recommend tuning into BP Podcasts as they are very informative and cover several different REI strategies. Wish you well in your investing!

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for the welcome and for the invite to add you to my list. It's done!  I'll give you a call this week to connect and get a few more details from you to customize my searches for the types of properties you are looking to pick up.

Looking forward to speaking with you :)

    Hi I Michael,

Thank you for your warm welcome.  I was looking at property in Subik Bay when I was there in 2004...  how is the real estate doing there these days?
