Hi my name is Josh Shaw, I own a commercial roofing restoration company looking to invest in multifamily 12+. I am hoping to learn more with the advice and guidance of others with experience in this area, while making other business connections.
Hi @Josh Shaw and welcome to the club! I would first suggest downloading the MeetUp app and head out to your local investor meetings. Find someone doing the type of MF investing you want to do and offer to help them for free with whatever they need (be it marketing, organization, painting, finding deals, etc) in exchange for their mentorship.
