Hello,

I bought my first duplex three years ago at a "reasonable price" here in L. A. though my ROI isn't that great I'm really enjoying the learning the process of investing in income properties. I came across BP through a podcast I began listening to 'Rental Property Owner & Real Estate Investor', I'm looking forward to learning more and possibly invest in out of state properties with better ROI than here in West coast :P.
