I have gotten about 14 properties so far. 6 have people living on them but I have done nothing with them. 2 are vacant mobile homes in terrible repair. and the rest are vacant lots. We are trying to figure out how to possess all the properties. We are still learning so much. Your book has really helped us feel better informed. We just bought it a couple of days ago and we are still reading.

Hey Hollie, Glad you joined BP. I've learned quite a bit since I joined. There is nothing quite like having access to all the great minds of people that belong to this forum! Hoping that we can still get this Auburn/Opelika Real Estate Investor's group going. Lets get together soon!
