My name is Hendra Lubis. I have been investing in real estate for almost 18 years. Mostly passive income properties. I own rental properties in Piedmont, Oakland hills and Berkeley area. Since 3 years ago I started doing flipping and rehabbing around Oakland area. I have a real estate team for the business, architect, contractor and lenders.
In the flipping space, I know some folks who are netting a lot more than they otherwise would net simply because they've figured out just how crummy a property can be, and still get Fannie Mae financing on it. 15% down on a SFR flip, and no points, frees up a lot of reno budget!
How strong is your cash flow on your existing properties? If you have owned them for awhile, it should be quite strong. do you want or need to grow that income?
Yes, I would like to grow my cash flow income from my rental properties. Mostly single family homes and triplex in Piedmont, Upper Rockridge, Montclair and Berkeley area.
