Been listening to the podcasts after a friend was featured (#183) and then started to stalk the forums.
I've amassed a fair amount of cash and have been investing in random areas, mostly peer to peer, but always wanted to be in real estate. Looking to gain knowledge and confidence to buy rentals in the Raleigh area. Looking to get into SFR and small multi's while working full time.

@Robert Fiorillo -- you might want to attend various REIA and REI MeetUps....there are plenty to choose from in the Triangle, and we are starting one up in January in Rocky Mount.

Thank you for the invite. I'll be out of town almost all of January. But would love to attend when I'm here. I'm Active Duty Air Force, it keeps me away far too often.
