Residental Real Estate Broker and Fliper In Houston!
Hi Houston! New Member Looking To Connect! - I am a Flips & I'm a Broker in Houston.
I am a Real Estate Broker in Houston TX that also has a Real Estate Investment company focused on home Rehab and Flipping. I have been do this for 10 years now and looking to grow both my businesses in 2017.
1) Real Estate Goals for Broker Side:
~ We have an opening for 20 investors that are looking for a Strong Realtor Team to help them take there purchase to sale/lease time to a much faster pass. We have a proven record to Selling and Leasing homes for investors in smart and fast pass process.
2) Real Estate Goals for Investment Side:
~ We are looking to expand our business and move to a full time process to achieve a min of 12 and a goal of 30 Flips in 2017.
