Hi there,
I am new to BiggerPockets, but find the site interesting and am hoping to connect with like minded individuals who might want to work together to build a multi unit portfolio. I have several multifamily units but am looking to go to the next step and a larger building with 4-10 units which will require me to have a partner. I'm really open to everything and anything int he downtown Buffalo market.
Feel free to say hello, but keep in mind I have a dedicated realtor and a contractor I work with exclusively.

Welcome Harold! I'm just getting started with multi units in Buffalo. This may be something that would interest me in the future once I get a few under my belt.
