New investor in Fayetteville, NC
HI everyone, I have been learning about real estate investing for quite some time and decided to stop reading and start doing. I am in the military and headed out for a five month deployment, and will start when I return in June. I am looking into preforeclosures as well rehabbing. I am interested in any local real estate investing clubs, as well as any advice from someone more experienced which is probably everybody here. My wife is going to start helping me as well, she will have about five months to get as much knowledge as she can before we start.
