I am new to the real estate market would like to know where I should start. I live in Huntsville, Alabama and our real estate market is growing tremendously. Any recommendations on a good place to obtain license? I am prior military so I plan on using my GI Bill for any classes i may need.

Thanks @AllenChaney. I will definitely be in contact. Quick question. How did you start as a investor? I think i'm more interested in becoming an investor than a real estate agent.
I lucked out in that I had a family member that was able to loan me a little bit of money to get started. I picked up a house for $10k cash, rehabbed it for $7k and we're looking to sell it for $35k. Have 2 investors coming to look at it Monday. When it sells, we're planning to buy one for $45k, financed with hard money, do $12-15k of rehab and sell it for $110k. I'm planning to scale up a few flips, then buy and hold for sustained income.
Hey guys, I am a realtor/investor in Huntsville. Anything I can help you with I would love the opportunity. Find your neighborhood you are comfortable with and focus on that. The worse thing you can do is taking a shot in the dark on what you may think is a good investment, but not know the area that well. Would love to talk more to discuss the beginning process
