Hello BP! I'm a brand new investor in Plymouth, PA. I bought my house a year ago now and was just fumbling through being a landlord. Luckily, I found this site and am learning so much, especially from the BP podcast. I look forward hearing from you all.

Welcome. Most of my properties are in Kingston, PA. There are several investors on BP from the area.

    Tim, just stumbled across your post.  Do you still have your rental in Plymouth?  I have a few in Plymouth as well.  Did you buy anymore?

    I’m from NYC but currently own 2 properties in Plymouth PA as well. I purchased in October of 2019. I’m actually looking to purchase my 3rd property as soon as I see another deal worthwhile.
