Newbie from Vero Beach, FL
Hello BP community! Very excited to be a part of this! I currently have two properties in Vero Beach, Florida. One is my current primary and the second is a rental. I am currently in the process of closing on a new primary residence, a condo two blocks from the beach! From there my goal is to roll right into my next investment property. For 2018 I will purchase four new properties. In the future I'd like to learn more about vacation rentals and international real estate investing because I love to travel.

You need to check out using Air BnB for short term rental, if your flight students are short term rentals. Plus Air BnB would be a great system to use for your future international properties.
