Greetings to the great BP community! I am new to real estate investment, currently looking for my first purchase in Charlotte area. Is there any suggestions on finding properties under 150k for good rental cash flow?

Anywhere you buy in Charlotte you will probably see growth long term regardless because Charlotte's growth is natural and not only because of the bullish market. From what I understand Belmont, Cramerton, and Gastonia are great for cash flow because of the growth and low initial investment opportunities.
