Hi Tyrel! Welcome to BP! Admittedly, I know very little about real estate in Fiji....might have to plan a scouting trip to learn about it. :) I have no doubt you'll pick up tons of info on BP.

I have been on vacation to Fiji many times, and was quite curious about the real estate markets there. It's unfortunate that they have had some political instability the past three decades, as that certainly diminishes investor confidence. As I understand it, tourism is one of Fiji's largest industries, and there is no shortage of resorts as far as I can tell. What niche of the market were you planning on working in while you're there?
