My husband and I are just now getting started learning about real estate investing. We are looking to create residual income through rental properties and possibly mobile home parks and RV parks, but would also really enjoy flipping and rehabbing houses. I currently have some friends and acquaintances who are real estate agents and would love to sit down and talk with them but I'm not really sure what exactly I'd been discussing with them. So can you give me some suggestions on what we might talk to them about if we take them to lunch one day? I'm looking forward to all we can learn here. We are going to a three day seminar at the end of February that I'm really excited about. I don't intend to join with that company but wanted to get the information they had at the price that was offered. I'm super excited to get started with this business venture!
