Hey all!
I'm a Toronto, Ontario based real estate investor looking for opportunities to expand my network and portfolio of rental properties. I currently own a 6-bedroom student rental property in the St. Catharines area and I'm interested in finding more student rentals and single family homes across select markets in the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and beyond.
More specifically, it would be great if anyone could share their experience owning rental properties in Windsor, Ontario, and would appreciate if you could pass along any quality references for real estate agents, property management companies, and general contractors in that area.

Hey @John Quinn Nice to meet you - I can connect you with some great people out that way. All my investments are still in Hamilton. We're finding the student rentals more and more challenging with very limited access to quality lenders.
If you can get a really significant cash flow however could definitely be worth it.

Hi John
I have a student unit in Ham Town and have had ones in SUDBURY and North Bay.
If u can manage the increased damage & turn over...they are good for cash flow!
Being out of the town can often be a problem.
