My husband and I are incredibly interested in becoming real estate investors in Colorado for some passive income (we’re both engineers by day). We currently reside in Colorado Springs which is growing at a rapid rate but we are open to investing in nearby areas as well.
We are currently reading massive amounts of literature and will eventually be starting our own small investing company. We are interested in meeting other Colorado investors. Please let me know if you’re interested in networking!

Welcome to the site! What are the prices of real estate in your area? How about the rents? Some of the people in my mastermind have had to invest in other parts of the country to get the cap rate they are looking for. We can still get some good deal in Texas, but it is getting tougher each day.
