Hi BP members! I've appreciated dropping in on and searching and finding some interesting threads and great info here and in Podcasts, but never really introduced myself. 

My background is mainly nonprofit advocacy background (environment, health, consumer protection, etc.). Also worked for a custom home builder/developer. I've dabbled in flips in the past and have recently come back to RE investing--I'm currently focusing on wholesaling with the intention to get to my passion for green, super-efficient re-development. 

I'd love to connect with others -- especially in the NW who I can help with their businesses. Thanks to organizers and participants for doing and sharing your great approaches to real estate investing!
