Hello BiggerPockets Community! My name is Nick White. My profession is Design Engineer and my business is real estate investing. Born and raised here in Tulsa, no place like home. My introduction is long overdue.
Currently closing (as seller) on my first fix-and-flip property in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Great experience with remaining learning to go with this project.
Flipping is great to have in my arsenal. However, I will not make flipping my business. Currently I am aggressively establishing acquisition position to begin developing buy-and-hold portfolio consisting of residential multifamily (3-4 unit) and commercial multifamily (5-20 unit).
Along with analyzing opportunities, establishing relationships via networking has been exciting and looking forward to more! Glad to be here, BP (no place like home)!

Greatly appreciate the warm welcomes! The individuals that make up the BP community is one of the many reasons I committed to BiggerPockets.
I am open to all recommendations and advice regarding real estate investing. I look forward to contributing to the community and attending meet-ups to meet more like minded individuals.
