Hello all, I’m a brand new (no deals yet) investor, who is relatively new to Sonora California, living in the central Sierras. I’m a forester by day, hoping to work my way towards financial freedom and most importantly, freedom of time. I am a homeowner but currently lack seed money and am hoping to build a down payment for my first rental property through wholesaling and other means.
