Hello All,
My name is Devonte Calloway. I'm fairly new to Real Estate but I've been committed to learning. I've spent my time attending webinars, meet ups, networking, listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts and reading the forums. I'm looking to get starting with wholesaling and acquiring property to buy and hold for passive income in Fort Worth, Texas. Does anyone know any books on wholesaling? I understand the basics of it but I actually want to get started and do deals.

@Devonte Calloway You can read and network all you want, knowledge is a key point. You will grow more through experience, so get your feet wet and make the leap. Pick a strategy and make it your own, grow with it, adapt it when needed.
