Hi everyone,
I'm a pharmacist from LA trying to grow my portfolio. Currenty have my primary residende and 50% in on a Triplex with my father which we purchased in 2014. Still reading and learning. Wanted to introduce myself and start the networking process.

Thanks for the reply @Brian Schmelzlen. That's the plan for now. Dad has had good success with 2 and 3 units properties. Trying to build on the family portfolio.
Congratulations on being "ahead of the game" with a property already under your name and trying to build your portfolio and continue your father's legacy. I commend you for that feat.
You're definitely in the right place. BiggerPockets has a wealth of information for new and experienced investors. Take advantage of the podcasts, blogs, and articles. Also, network with other experienced investors on here.
