Hello I am new to the world of real estate as well as new to B.P. I live in the Las Vegas/ henderson Nevada area also new to this area and would like to learn about the investment market!

You are definitely in the right place! If you want to learn about the investment market in Henderson Nevada just search up local forums in your area and their should be plenty on info! This is a great place to learn because I am fairly new and I have learned a lot so far.

Ok so I am new to investing and extremely green in the idea of investing in realistate. I am thinking I want to do the landlord thing or a buy and hold type deal (if they are not the same thing?). Where is the best place to find the information like what the cash flow is or that type of information
