New to REI & Biggerpockets - New Jersey

Hi,

I am a newbie real estate investor and equally new on biggerpockets. So far I think BP is the best thing since sliced bread. There is still so much that I have to explore on this site, but I would like to say that so far the resources have been helpful, I especially liked the "Ultimate Guide …." book.

I am interested in multifamily real estate investing and I look forward to connecting with others who are doing the same.

Rahway...huh? I always looked into Rahway to invest for my first purchase there. What is it are you trying to accomplish?

@Christopher Veljkovic My end goal is to own a couple of large multi family residential properties, however I plan to start small but definitely with 5+ units. The larger multi family units on the market in Rahway are up there in cost and I do not yet have a strategy to raise the money required for that. I would love to start local and eventually invest out of state.
