Hello Bigger Pockets Community! I hope this message finds you all under budget and ahead of schedule!! 

Just sold my first Rental property and looking to re-invest 1031 style in the Florida Keys, specifically in a vacation rental. Having trouble finding anything that makes sense .

    Welcome.  We also looked at the florida keys for a while and it just wasn't working.  The numbers never showed enough margin to make it make sense.  Good luck in your search.

    Thanks Colleen, we are in love with the keys, hopefully the weekly vacation rental market stays strong, I will have to count on capital appreciation
