Gooooood morning BP nation,
I am very excited to be part of this awesome community and I can't wait to link up with you guys. I am active duty military stationed on Dyess AFB, TX, 21 yrs old, just purchased my first single-family last month. It seems like much like everybody else, as soon as I read rich dad, poor dad, I caught the real estate investing bug and I am hyped to keep going. My goal for 2018 going into 2019 is to supplement my income. I want to acquire at least 8 to 10 this year going onto the next year, I want to dabble in a little bit of everything like flipping, wholesaling, rental and buy and hold. I am trying to read every book i can get my hands on every day, even during my lunch break, i'm energized. Now that i have one under my belt, i know i can keep going, but i need some guidance.

I think i like buy and hold definitely a lot more than anything else, because I’m trying to build wealth. I would love to do some flips and wholesaling just to get the experience.
