    I'm here in the Wichita Kansas area, just closed my second sfh rental.

    The Wichita market is really strong! 

    What is your investment strategy?( Multi family, mobile home, sfh...)

    Welcome! Make sure to check out the local REIA meetings. There is a wealth of knowledge in those meetings and ample opportunity to meet with local investors face-to-face.

    @Jason Lavender Hey how you doing? Just wondering if you could help with something? I’ve been putting up bandit signs and finally got somebody to call me today. Went by to look at the house and definitely needs some work. The problem is the lady is in town for today only. Any advice on what I should do?
