Hello! from a young(19) rookie in South Florida

Hello BP community! I am super excited to have found and joined this site full of REI's. I am currently a junior in College and recently got a pretty sweet full time job that will be paying for my college and paying me enough money to start thinking about real estate investments! I have no debt or any monthly payments as i live at home with my family. I am passionate about challenging myself and wish to purchase my first property within the next 10-12 months or so. I am also looking forward to networking and exchanging knowledge with the community. Please let me know if you are also in the SoFlo area!
